This system allows the biological treatment of domestic wastewater treated as providing a good performance in water quality at the output of the team. Treatment complies with current Spanish release, corresponding to the Water Law RD 606/2003. These devices are particularly suitable for treating the sewage of small and medium-sized communities.

operation
The water purification is done by following these steps:
Decanter-digester:
Formed by two compartments that sedimentation takes place and the digestion of organic matter present in the wastewater.
Anaerobic bacteria, without oxygen, are responsible for metabolizing organic matter, gasifying, hydrolyzing and mineralization.
Biological filter:
From the microorganisms present in the water and by the provision of oxygen by natural draft is carried out the oxidation of organic matter. The use of a high performance plastic filler provides a more effective the process and avoids the problems of maintenance due to the use of mineral filler.

operation
The system is made following the steps of: grinding, biological oxidation and decanting.

Roughing: The coarse solids carried by the water are intercepted by a fence at the entrance of the team.

Biological oxidation: In the bioreactor takes place biological decomposition of organic matter through the air supply and the generation of aerobic microorganisms.

Decanting: The sludge resulting from the decomposition of organic matter are calmed, deposited inside the decanter from which are recirculated back to the bioreactor.

DESCRIPTION
Compact unit for treatment of wastewater from small and medium-sized communities with high performance debugging, compliance with the RD 606/2003 and European legislation Council Directive 91/271/EEC.

The NECOR is a system based on the total oxidation by activated sludge biological treatment of sewage by moving bed. It has three compartments:

* Decanter: In this place there is settling and sedimentation of most suspended solids present in wastewater. Anaerobic bacteria metabolize a portion of the organic matter, gasifying, hydrolyzing and mineralizándola. The decanter also allows the separation of fat typical of waters treated as domestic.
* Biological reactor: The biological reactor lead different reactions which are necessary for biochemical decomposition of organic matter. To these reactions take place requires the addition of oxygen to maintain aerobic conditions in the reactor and to create the movement required to maintain in suspension the biomass. The plastic filler present in the reactor, which is movable by the action of air, allows retain biomass, fixing on its surface, promoting the decomposition of organic matter.
* Clarifier: sludge is decanted from the reactor so that the output of suspended matter. Decanted sludge is recirculated to the primary clarifier.
